Auction-day playbook

Know the room. Run the auction.

Practical answers for organizers, team representatives, and viewers before the first bid and after the final result.

01

Getting started

What is KrypAuction?

KrypAuction helps organizers run live sports auctions while authorized representatives bid, manage wishlists, and track their squads. Organizers can configure rooms, teams, players, rules, shared displays, and reports.

How do I join an auction?

Sign in and use the room or invitation details supplied by the organizer. Your account must have an authorized role or team assignment for that room. If a room is missing, confirm that you used the correct account and invitation.

Can I sign in with Google or Facebook?

Where enabled, you can use Google or Facebook from the sign-in screen. You can also use the email-and-password options offered by the app. Social sign-in never grants access to an auction room by itself; the organizer still controls room roles.

02

Rooms, teams & roles

What is the difference between an organizer and a representative?

The organizer or room owner configures the auction, teams, players, representatives, rules, rounds, and reports. A representative works within the team assigned to them and sees bidding, squad, and wishlist tools relevant to that team.

How are teams and players added?

Authorized room users can create or update teams and players from the setup tools. Player lists may also support an organizer import workflow. Review names, categories, base prices, foreign-player flags, photographs, and team limits before opening the auction.

What is the team purse?

The purse is the event's configured bidding budget. It is an auction value inside KrypAuction and does not by itself transfer real money. Accepted sales reduce the team's remaining purse according to the room rules.

03

Live bidding

When is my bid considered accepted?

A bid is accepted only after the server confirms it. The live screen can reject a bid because another bid arrived first, the timer or room state changed, your team lacks permission or purse, or a squad/category rule would be exceeded.

What happens if my connection drops during bidding?

The app disables bidding while disconnected and attempts to reconnect. When the connection returns, it synchronizes with the server's current room state. Do not assume a bid succeeded unless you see server confirmation.

Can two team devices bid at the same time?

The organizer decides representative access. Regardless of how many authorized devices are connected, the server processes events in order and applies the room rules. Coordinate within your team to avoid accidental bids.

Why did the next bid amount change?

Bid increments can vary by price bracket and room configuration. The server calculates the required next amount from the accepted bid and the organizer's active increment rules.

04

Squads, wishlists & reports

How does the wishlist work?

Representatives can add eligible players to their team's wishlist before or during the event where the room permits it. A wishlist is private team planning data and does not reserve a player or affect bid order.

Where can I see my squad and remaining limits?

Open the team squad view for sold players, purse remaining, squad size, and configured limits such as foreign slots. The server's current room state is authoritative.

What reports are available to organizers?

The organizer tools can provide event summaries such as team spending and biggest-steal results. Availability depends on room status and configuration. Export or retain any records required for your event.

What is an accelerated round?

An accelerated round lets authorized organizers collect team nominations and move selected players through a faster later-stage workflow. The organizer controls when this feature is available.

05

Audience & display

Can an audience follow the auction without an account?

An organizer can provide TV-display access for a shared screen. The display can show the current player, leading bid, teams, squads, and results. Treat TV tokens or display links as event access details and share them only with the intended audience.

Why does the TV display differ briefly from a representative screen?

Network delay can cause short differences. Both screens should converge on the server's latest state. Refresh or reconnect the display if it remains behind.

06

Privacy, security & support

How does App Protection work?

App Protection asks your operating system to verify your device PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or face before reopening KrypAuction. The app receives only the success or failure result, not the underlying biometric data or device credential.

How can I delete my account?

Use the in-app account-deletion option where available or visit https://krypauction.krypzon.co.in/delete-account. Deletion is permanent. Some event or security records may be retained or anonymized when required for auction integrity, disputes, fraud prevention, or law.

Where can I read the policies or get help?

Open About KrypAuction for the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, licenses, and developer information. Use Contact & Support for account, room-setup, or auction-day assistance, and include the room ID and visible error without sharing your password or private access token.
