Terms and Conditions for KrypAuction
These Terms govern your use of the KrypAuction mobile application, website, auction rooms, and related services (the Platform). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Accounts and roles
- Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. - Use only the organizer, representative, or other role you are authorized to hold. - Organizers control room invitations and representative assignments. Access to one room or role does not grant access to another. - You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
2. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for:
- having permission to use player, team, photograph, and event information they upload; - configuring teams, virtual purses, player pools, bid increments, category limits, representatives, and auction rules correctly; - communicating the event rules and resolving participant eligibility or event-specific disputes; - reviewing critical auction results and retaining any independent records required for the event.
KrypAuction provides the platform but does not act as the event organizer or decide player eligibility, team ownership, or event prizes.
3. Bidding and auction state
The backend's accepted state is authoritative. A button press, locally displayed amount, or temporarily disconnected screen is not an accepted bid until the server confirms it. Bids can be rejected because of timing, room state, permissions, purses, squad or category rules, or a newer accepted event.
Participants must not coordinate fraudulent bids, manipulate room state, impersonate another representative, interfere with connectivity, or exploit delays. Auction bids use the event's configured virtual purse or scoring units unless the organizer separately states otherwise; KrypAuction does not itself transfer money between teams, players, or organizers.
4. Realtime connections and displays
Live services depend on internet connectivity, device performance, and third-party infrastructure. The app may reconnect and synchronize with the current authoritative room state after an interruption, but uninterrupted delivery is not guaranteed.
Room owners are responsible for protecting invitation, representative, and TV-display access details. Shared displays may expose player, team, bid, and result information to their audience.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or rights-infringing content; - attempt unauthorized access or share protected room credentials; - scrape, reverse engineer, probe, overload, or bypass Platform controls; - submit malware or interfere with another user's auction participation; - use the Platform in violation of applicable law or event rules.
6. User content and intellectual property
You retain rights you lawfully hold in uploaded event content. You grant Krypzon a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and secure that content as needed to operate and support the Platform.
KrypAuction software, branding, interfaces, and original content belong to Krypzon or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
7. Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, email, storage, and links to external services may be provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms. Krypzon is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
8. Suspension, termination, and deletion
Krypzon may restrict or suspend access to protect an auction, users, or the Platform; comply with law; respond to organizer requests; or address a breach of these Terms. You can request account deletion in the app where available or at https://krypauction.krypzon.co.in/delete-account. Some event, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained or anonymized.
9. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The Platform is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted realtime service, a particular event outcome, or that organizer-supplied information is accurate. Organizers should use an appropriate fallback procedure for critical events.
To the extent permitted by law, Krypzon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, organizer decisions, participant conduct, third-party services, connectivity failures, or the loss of records that the organizer was responsible for retaining. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update the Platform and these Terms. If renewed consent is required, you may be asked to review revised Terms before continuing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live.
