Privacy Policy for KrypAuction
This policy explains how Krypzon handles information when you use the KrypAuction mobile application, website, live auction rooms, and related services (the Platform).
1. Information we process
Depending on your role and the auction you join, KrypAuction may process:
- Account information: name, email address, password credentials in protected form, social sign-in identifiers, account status, and profile details. - Auction participation: rooms joined or created, organizer and representative roles, team memberships, player nominations, wishlists, bid events, auction state, budgets or virtual purses, squads, and reports. - Organizer content: teams, player details, player photographs or other media, rule settings, bid increments, category limits, imported files, representative assignments, and display configuration. - Realtime and technical data: connection state, server event sequence, IP address, timestamps, device and app information, security logs, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect live bidding. - Support communications: contact details and any information you choose to include when requesting help.
Krypzon does not sell personal information.
2. How information is used
Information is used to:
- authenticate users and apply organizer, representative, and audience permissions; - create and operate auction rooms, teams, player pools, bidding, wishlists, reports, and shared displays; - maintain the server-authoritative auction record and restore current state after a reconnect; - enforce room rules, purses, squad limits, category constraints, and platform security; - provide account recovery, support, service notices, and product improvements; - investigate abuse and comply with applicable obligations.
3. Room visibility and shared displays
Auction information is shared according to the room workflow and user role. Organizers and authorized representatives may see information needed to run the event. A room's TV or audience display can show player names or images, bids, leading teams, sold results, squad information, and other auction state to people who have the display access details.
Organizers must have the right to upload and display player, team, and event information and should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in public-facing fields.
4. Authentication and service providers
If you use Google or Facebook sign-in, that provider processes the sign-in request and supplies authentication information and profile details you have permitted it to share. KrypAuction also relies on hosting, database, realtime messaging, email, storage, monitoring, and support providers to operate the Platform. These providers receive only the information needed for their services and handle it under their own terms and applicable agreements.
5. Device storage and App Protection
The app may store session tokens, preferences, cached room information, and App Protection settings on your device. Optional App Protection asks your operating system to verify the device PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or face. KrypAuction receives the authentication result, not your biometric template or device credential.
6. Retention
Account and auction records are retained for as long as needed to operate the Platform, preserve event integrity, provide organizer records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Realtime connection logs and temporary technical data may be kept for shorter operational periods. Organizers may independently retain exported or copied event records.
7. Account deletion and your choices
You can use the in-app account-deletion control where available or submit a request at https://krypauction.krypzon.co.in/delete-account. We verify ownership before deletion. After verification, account information is deleted or anonymized from active systems, except records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, event reconciliation, or legal obligations.
Deleting an account is permanent and may remove access to rooms, teams, bids, wishlists, and account history associated with that identity. It does not remove copies legitimately retained by an organizer or other participants outside KrypAuction.
8. Security
We use safeguards such as encrypted network transport, access controls, role checks, protected session storage, and server-side validation. Live auction users should protect credentials and room or TV access details. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's information
KrypAuction is not designed to collect children's account information without appropriate organizer and guardian authorization. Organizers are responsible for ensuring that player information, including information about minors, is lawfully collected and displayed for their event.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Platform develops. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
